Will anti-malaria drug ‘Corona 19’ be treated? Trump approves treatment

In the United States, anti-malaria drugs are expected to be used to treat the new Corona19 virus.

The main foreign news agency reported on the 19th (local time) that US President Donald Trump approved the use of chloroquine, an anti-malarial drug, to treat corona19 in response to corona19 response.

President Trump said at a press conference at the Corona 19 Response Task Force (TF) in the White House, he went through the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval process to use chloroquine, a drug for malaria.

Although approval for treatment usually takes several months, approval for treatment of corona for treatment of malaria is expected to be immediately available. However, since chloroquine is not a direct treatment for corona19, it is also observed that it will take time to develop a therapeutic agent and administer a vaccine.
