The censorship version of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, which made Asian players as well as domestic Playstation (PS4, PS5) users, will be modified.

The latest release of the recently released Assassin’s Creed series, the Asian PS version of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, has been unified and released as a version that has been censored by the Japanese game rating agency CERO. This version includes censorship of blood, beheading effects, and covering exposure.

Currently, the PC version and the XBOX version can be played in the uncensored version, but the PS version was censored by the Japanese agency and the game was released, so many domestic PS users said they did not boycott and purchase the PS version Valhalla.

Today, Ubisoft announced that it will proceed with the update to change to the same version as other platforms at the request of the domestic users’ fierce complaints and requests, and to actively accept the opinions of domestic fans.

When the patch progresses, domestic PS users will be provided with the same effects as other platforms, and will be able to enjoy the original appearance of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla in the PS version.

Censorship correction updates and details will be announced through the official website.
