| Some lineups of Samsung’s 2020 Galaxy A series are expected to include the Mediatek Helio P65 chipset.On the 4th (local time), the foreign press recently captured the Galaxy A31 (SM-A315F) equipped with MediaTek Helio P65 chipset on the benchmark website Geekbench.According to Geekbench, the Galaxy A31 is powered by Mediatek Helio P65 chipset with MT6768V model number and 4GB of RAM. |
Manufactured in a 12nm process, the Mediatek Helio P65 chipset consists of two Cortex-A75 cores and six Cortex-A55 cores.Comparing benchmark scores, it shows Samsung Exynos 9611 SoC performance. Other features of the Galaxy A31 are the 48MP main camera, along with 64GB and 128GB storage, a 5000mAh battery and a 5MP macro camera.Samsung’s Galaxy A41 is also expected to have the same MediaTek chipset as the A31.
