Samsung Galaxy Fold began receiving OTA notifications in June 2020 with Google’s latest security patch. The new build has begun to arrive in all unlocked international variants (SM-F900F) with build number F900FXXS3BTE1.
The change history mentions some updates to AR emoticons, including manual editing tools and improved facial recognition. There are also new camera features and filters. Added AR Zone, Single Take, Pro video, My Filters, Selfie Tone and Night Timelapse. There is also an option to record at FHS or 4K @ 60fps on the front camera.
It takes a little longer for the update to reach the Galaxy Fold’s 5G variant. To check for updates manually, go to Settings> Software Update> Download and Install.
