Microsoft’s email application will take advantage of several new features, including suggested responses, as in Gmail.

Microsoft has been offering members of its Insider program for several days to test several future features of its Outlook application for iOS.

Among the new features tested in this preview of the Microsoft mail client, users can use responses automatically suggested by the application.

Responses generated automatically by the application

This new feature, similar to that implemented by Google on its Gmail application several years ago , allows you to respond quickly to messages received by simply pressing one of the proposals displayed at the bottom of the email.

The functionality, currently available in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, should be deployed soon for all Outlook users on iOS.

In addition, the application should include the possibility of creating an Outlook.com account directly from the iPhone, but also of displaying all the messages and documents related to a planned event in the calendar integrated into the email client.
