Last week LG Electronics Italy unveiled a smartphone to receive the Android 10 update this year. Currently, there are two smartphones that have received the Android 10 update in LG Electronics’ flagship, including LG G8 ThinQ and LG V50 ThinQ 5G.

According to the released roadmap, the LG V50 ThinQ overseas model ▲ LG V50S ThinQ (overseas release LG G8X) will receive updates in 2Q, and the LG G7 ▲ LG G8S ▲ LG V40 update is scheduled for 3Q. In the fourth quarter, mid-priced smartphones such as the LG K50S, LG K40S, LG K50, and LG Q60 will receive Android 10 updates.

In addition to LG UX 9.0, LG 10 has added various features such as pop-up window function ▲ night mode ▲ gesture style to the navigation bar ▲ photo mode and video mode in the camera ▲ shortcut function for accessibility shortcut setting ▲ Some features have been improved, including shortcut actions for touch area control settings.

In addition, although LG Electronics did not mention it, it is reported that LG UX 9.0 also includes a new desktop mode interface similar to Samsung’s Dex mode.
