Google Assistant is getting new calendar and email features for G Suite account

The assistant gets more help with G Suite.

Google Assistant is always strangely limited for users signed in with G Suite accounts, but Google seems to be slowly solving this problem. The company added a new feature in April, and with the latest Assistant update, G Suite users can now use voice commands to perform the following calendar and Gmail functions.

Ask when the next meeting is
scheduled Create, cancel, and reschedule
Emailing all attendees of a meeting Emailing a
specific contact
Calling a meeting
However, some warnings apply. First, these features are off by default and are currently in beta. To use them you need to apply. If you’re a domain administrator, no problem. You can join here. However, if you want to access this account with a work account, you may need to convince your manager to apply it to your entire team.

Second, if you are signed in to both your personal Google Account and your Work G Suite account, the Assistant uses only one account at a time. “If you have questions about other accounts, you have to switch between them,” Google said. I hope your assistant will be more helpful in the future.
