Gmail users will soon be able to use multiple signatures when sending emails. This feature will be available to G Suite customers and users with personal Google accounts.

Google reports that this feature will be enabled by default. Users can create new signatures in Gmail’s general settings, which are then available to bet through the signature menu in the action toolbar at the bottom of an email.

According to the company, this new feature gives users the flexibility to use different email signatures for different situations, such as when communicating to people in different languages or to distinguish between new emails and responses.

In accordance with the ‘quick release track’, the option to use multiple signatures will gradually become available to G Suite customers from now on; it may take up to two weeks for the feature to be visible. Starting March 24, it will be gradually made available to Gmail users; it can also take up to 15 days for this group to actually use the function.
