Multiple foreign media reported that the new version of the Coronavirus Infectious Disease (Corona19) contact tracking API was included in iOS 13.5 Beta 5, which Apple released to developers on the 29th of last month.
Apple and Google announced last month that it will showcase the ability to track the spread and transmission of Corona 19. According to Apple, tracking technology uses Bluetooth. The iPhone securely shares random IDs with nearby devices, collects IDs, and notifies you through an approved app when exposed to Corona19.
Random IDs are automatically deleted after 14 days and you can choose to share them anonymously. Meanwhile, Apple has also introduced a new feature that allows users to skip Face ID and enter their password easily when wearing a mask on iOS 13.5 Beta 5.
