AMD today released a new technology demonstration, showing the latest FreeSync (adaptive synchronization) and HDR technology, let’s take a look.
The official demonstrates the difference between FreeSync On and Off in the sample. The official said that the demo is not a benchmark, but it can be compared with the tool. Foreign media said that the original sample released by AMD is close to 6GB. The video is released by the foreign media on YouTube, but it still looks good.
It is reported that AMD FreeSync 2’s most important upgrade point is to support a wide dynamic range, while meeting its certification also requires the display panel to support at least HDR600, covering more than 90% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
